Description:
The 20′ Tank Container is specifically designed for the transportation of liquid cargoes, including both food-grade and hazardous chemicals. These containers must be filled to at least 80% capacity to prevent liquid movement (surging) during transit, while ensuring they do not exceed 95% to allow for thermal expansion.
For temperature-sensitive liquids, insulation and heating options are available. Built-in temperature sensors provide precise control and monitoring. Standard tank containers are constructed to withstand an operating pressure of up to 3 bar, with a test pressure of 4.5 bar.
Imortant Note:
- Certain hazardous materials require tanks without inlets or outlets below the liquid level to minimize risks.
- Tank containers intended for food-grade liquids must be labeled “Potable Liquids Only.”
Usage:
- Food-Grade Liquids: Fruit juices, spirits, edible oils
- Chemical & Industrial Liquids: Fuels, toxic substances, corrosion protection agents
The 20′ Tank Container ensures safe and efficient transport of liquids worldwide, meeting strict safety and quality standards.
